Our main shop is located at 5858 W Riggs Road, Chandler, AZ 85226. This position is in the field, working at different job sites in Arizona (may be required to travel).

Job Summary:
Revolution Industrial is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Coatings Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial coating processes, materials, and project management. This role involves accurately estimating the cost and time required for various industrial coating projects, from initial assessment to final completion.

Supervisory Responsibilities: NA.

Responsibilities:

• Review Project Specifications: Thoroughly analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to determine project scope, materials, and labor requirements.
• Conduct Site Visits: Visit project sites to assess existing conditions, identify potential challenges, and gather accurate measurements.
• Develop Cost Estimates: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.
• Material Take-offs: Accurately calculate quantities of materials needed for each project.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain quotes and incorporate their costs into overall project estimates.
• Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals, including detailed cost breakdowns, project timelines, and scope of work.
• Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to project specifications.
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial coatings estimating or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software, CAD software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial coatings, surface preparation, and application techniques.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate estimates and proposals.

Skills:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/ GED
