Job Description:

• CASHIER/ SALES (60%); Ring sales; in-store suggestive selling; provide friendly, helpful service; process dry cleaning for customers.

• STOCKING (40%): Stock food shelves: dry product, frozen and refrigerated, candy and snacks; notify procurement associates of reorder and new product needs; clean merchandise fixtures; keep north dock and stockrooms clean; when asked, help with daily merchandise displays.

• Ringing customer sales accurately through POS system
• Providing excellent customer service
• Collaboratively working with a team to complete other daily duties
• Processing customer dry cleaning orders in a professional manner
• Ability to assist in all departments when necessary

• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds when needed.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of customers both in person and over the phone.

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years retail sales/customer service experience
• Experience with POS system preferred
• Strong customer relations skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to lift and manipulate 40-50 pounds and to stand for entire day
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Flexibility with a schedule between 7:00am-6:30pm Monday-Friday. This is a fulltime position (37.5 hours) with full benefits.
