League Outfitters is looking to expand our E-Commerce business by adding experienced professionals to advance our online business to the next level.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An E-Commerce professional with confidence in analysis of data, quick follow through, and extreme attention to detail.
- Experience in listing products onto E-Commerce platforms like Shopify, e Bay, Walmart, and Amazon is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite; Technological proficiency in Google and Office suites.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service through email / live chat, phone, and in person.
- Able to take complete ownership of tasks and projects that are assigned.
- Very comfortable working individually and as a team.
- Self-motivated to put in the best effort day in and day out to get the job done.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the uploading of all products including product descriptions, product features, product imagery, pricing, options and other related items.
- Ensure pricing is accurate and competitive against the competition.
- Verifying and ensuring that product information is accurate and properly displayed up to the desired standards.
- Customer Service which includes answering phones, responding to customers emails, helping customers in our retail store.
- Be on the same page with your team on which tasks to complete first and work together to complete the tasks by the assigned deadlines.
- Use critical thinking to help identify area to improve the tasks and maximize efficiency.
- Help wherever is needed and want to learn new things to grow within the company.
- Take ownership of the brands and projects that you are working with and optimize the listings to maximize sales and profit.
- Potential to gain increased responsibilities such as brand communication, purchasing, and brand management depending on performance.
