Job Description:
ROXON is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales and marketing efforts in the United States. The E-commerce Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence, optimizing our online store, and driving online revenue growth. This role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in e-commerce strategy, online marketing, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and brand awareness.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Analyze e-commerce data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Monitor website performance, ensuring it is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for conversions.
• Manage relationships with third-party e-commerce partners, payment processors, and logistics providers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure ROXON's online presence remains cutting-edge.
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through responsive customer support and an easy-to-navigate online store.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop and execute online sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related.
• Proven track record of at least 2 years in e-commerce management, preferably in the outdoor or consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Google Analytics, and experience with e-commerce software and platforms.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative problem solver with the ability to think strategically.
• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional online shopping experience.
• Familiarity with Multi-tool products and target audience is a plus.
