Employees of Lyon Financial are offered a unique earning structure, with significant opportunity for advancement in their careers and pay. The competitive hourly base pay starts at $18/per hour (based on experience). After 6 months of employment, employees receive a bonus of $1,000 per month. After one year, this bonus program transitions into a share of the month's profits from funded loans.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Servicing a high volume of incoming calls
• Communicating with homeowners and contractors to understand their needs via phone and email
• Working closely with other departments to facilitate client needs
