Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 7AM-4PM

Quarterly Bonus Eligibility
$29.00 - $43.00 / Hour ($60,000 - $90,000 Annualized)

Onsite/Hybrid after 90 days- Costa Mesa, CA

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Contract Manager is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day funding activities including lease and loan documentation, reviewing incoming documentation for accuracy, funding lease and loan transactions within metric timeframes and communicating with sales representatives, customers, and vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review documentation for accuracy for all leases/loans for the VENDOR CHANNEL to insure it is properly executed in time of funding.
Contact insurance agents to obtain certificates of liability and property coverage that meet the minimum requirements for financing each transaction.
Manually file UCC1, UCC3 and Fixture Filings.
Run UCC Searches and review for any blanket lien filings.
Provide stipulations list of needed items required for funding.
Work with Sales, Credit, Accounting, and Portfolio Management to ensure adherence to credit approvals, policies, and established guidelines.
Verifying with customers by phone the status of funding and payment processing.
Collaborate with external debt sources to ensure everything provided has met requirements.
Validate A/R payment information over the phone with vendors prior to releasing payment to prevent financing a fraudulent account.
Prepare and send funding packages out to external debt sources to ensure they receive all original documentation within 24 hours.
Manage day to day activities within the task queue, emails and in person questions with team members, sales reps and upper management.
Prepare and sign off on funding packages with appropriate authorization.
Consistently maintain and research new processes to improve efficiency.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Knowledge of title transactions such as reviewing Title Applications, Title Guaranty’s, Copies of Front and Back of Titles as well as Power of Attorney’s for accuracy per external debt sources guidelines.
Knowledge of vendor documentation such as invoicing and prefund agreements to ensure it meets the requirements to release payment prior to the customer having the equipment.
Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
Adheres to all Company Core Values, Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations.
Adheres to local, state and federal laws.
Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 years of funding experience are required
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
A background in equipment leasing and finance is highly desirable
