Transaction Coordinator

Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 7AM-4PM

$27.00 - $38.00 /hour ($56,000 - $79,000 Annualized)

Quarterly Bonus Eligibility
Onsite/Hybrid after 90 days- Costa Mesa, CA or Remote depending on location

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Transaction Coordinator utilizes industry experience and knowledge to help facilitate equipment lease and loan transactions for the Vendor Sales Team, and act as support for the Funding Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate the collection of all stipulations.
Manage vendor communications.
Coordinate equipment inspections, deliveries, and installations for customers.
Carefully review lease and loan funding documentation prior to forwarding to commencement.
Help manage sales database for sales team which may include creatin sales campaigns and writing email copy.
Retrieve legal/regulatory documents from banks when necessary.
Meet efficiency, productivity and quality targets as set out by Management.
Assist and increase the effectiveness and efficiency with improvements to function as well as coordinate and communicate between support and business functions.
Prepare and Place UCC filings and order lien searches.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers, and management.
Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance, and appearance.
Adheres to all Company Core Values, Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations.
Adheres to local, state, and federal laws.
Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management or the Sales team.
Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations.
Additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years of industry funding experience preferred
College degree preferred
