We are in search of a Customer Care Specialist l, ll or lll to join our Customer Care department in Spokane, Washington Headquarters. This full-time position reports to the VP, Customer Care and is responsible for fielding and resolving customer inquiries related to online banking activities and mobile banking products.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period.
Compensation Information
The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is:
Level l: $38,000 - $55,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary.
Level ll: $42,000 - $63,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary.
Level lll: $46,000 - $69,000; bonus at target is 6% of salary.
Job Requirements

• Provide phone and email support for customer support needs related to online banking, mobile remote check capture, account statement questions, and general inquiry calls.
• Support customer online banking portal by fielding login and technical questions, including password resets and account additions.
• Process online banking enrollments according to guidelines.
• Effectively utilize tools and systems for customer call tracking and transparency.
• Identify potential enhancements to the online banking experience and communicates them to supervisor.
• Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to learn and effectively work in a wide variety of systems

Preferred Requirements

• Related work experience, ideally in commercial lending, banking, or related field
• General knowledge of credit and legal terminology
