Customer Service Manager Title: Customer Service Manager - Field Operations
Location: Palmetto, FL + Some Travel
Salary: $80,000 - $105,000

Founded in 1996 we are a 200 employee manufacturer who is owned by one of the largest food manufacturing conglomerates on the planet. We manufacture parts for the liquid filling machine industries. Over the past year we've experience a 13% headcount growth. For this Customer Service Manager position you will manage a team of field service engineers, while interacting with clients to help with start ups, break downs and new development initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide training and development to new hires.
Schedule travel arrangements for field team
Provide customer service to clients
Interact with ERP systems.

What You Need for this Position

ERP Management skills
Time Management and Organization
Travel scheduling and team scheduling
Travel to client sites when necessary. MAX 25%
Have understanding and experience with PLC Controls (Allen Bradley)
