Customer Service Representative
Advanced Digital Cable, Inc. (ADC) is currently searching for a dynamic individual interested in pursuing a career in Inside Sales/Customer Service. ADC will provide the feedback, support, development resources and work challenges you need to help you succeed. If you have solid sales and customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the desire to build your career with a successful and growing organization then Advanced Digital Cable is the home for you. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this individual will be trained in multiple areas of sales and customer service functions, products and market segments as well as receiving hands-on experience in all aspects of sales, service and support. The location of this position is at our Sales office in North Canton, OH.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Serve as sales support for existing outside sales team.
Price Verification/Order Processing
Resolve customer complaints.
Stock checks
Order Tracking
RMA/CMA processing

Qualifications include:

Ability to multi-task and process a high volume of communication in a prompt timely manner.
Ability to manage emotional customers with maturity and professionalism.
Friendly yet firm in addressing customer requests to ensure company goals are met.
Ability to see re-occurring issues and the skills to develop processes and procedures to eliminate them.
Ability to shorten the learning curve and the ability to understand technical information.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills for interfacing with customers.
Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
Team oriented individual who is willing to work with others to ensure everyone succeeds.
Sharp critical thinking skills to be able to analyze and determine priorities and order of importance.
Highly organized, process, procedure, and detail oriented. Accurate & precise.
Strong computer skills with an active knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Individuals with Microsoft AX or Dynamics a huge plus.
Individuals with electrical, electronics or wire and cable knowledge is a bonus.
A college degree is not required but a plus.

Physical Requirements:

May sit at desk for lengthy period of time, 80% computer work, and 20% phone usage.
