Responsibilities:
· Help individuals find solutions with a friendly attitude
· Work alongside a team to support customers and each other
· Maintain accurate record of calls and relevant data
Prerequisites/Preferred Skills:
· Interested in helping people find financial freedom
· Able to provide exceptional customer service
· Goal-oriented, energetic attitude
· High School Diploma or an equivalent education*
· Ability to pass a background check clear of felonies or charges involving theft*

Schedule: Monday to Friday
4 days from 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
1 day from 1pm-9pm
