We want hardworking people who share our values: integrity, a love of learning, innovation, effective efficiency (balancing speed and quality), taking pride in your work and having fun!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Antenna Installation: Install interior antennas and mount and aim exterior antennas to achieve optimal signal strength.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret plans and blueprints to accurately execute installation tasks.
  • Conduit Work: Run and bend conduit as required for system installations.
  • Job Site Management: Maintain a clean and organized job site, manage inventory control, and secure all tools and equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, maximizing the potential for bonus opportunities.
  • Communication: Maintain strong communication with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure all parties are informed and satisfied with the work being performed.
  • Documentation: Utilize expense tracking, time clock, and project management apps consistently to document work progress and ensure project milestones are met.

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience with DAS, ERRCS, or electrical work (low or high voltage) required.
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications in PCTel, Comba, Cel-Fi, Signal Hound, and/or Anritsu. OSHA 30-hour certification is also preferred (company will provide courses as needed).
  • Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel extensively (Monday through Friday) to various cities across the U.S., with weekends at home. Must live near a major international airport within the continental U.S., preferably served by Southwest Airlines. Must have reliable transportation to and from the airport.

  • Tools and Equipment: Must have your own basic telecom tools, including snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, and steel-toed boots. The company provides PPE and uniform shirts.
  • Communication Skills: Must be a well-spoken, businesslike communicator, a good listener, and adaptable.
  • Driver's License: Must have a current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 1-year driving experience.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening (no misdemeanor or felony convictions).
  • Vaccination Requirement: Must be willing to be vaccinated to meet the standards of any healthcare clients.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, and desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in work quality and safety practices.

What We Have to Offer You:
  • Opportunity to build a 'career home' with a group who strives to do better and BE better in all ways.
  • Advance as quickly as your own initiative and skills allow.
  • Collaborating with teammates to put forth ideas, solve problems and innovate, knowing your input will be heard and encouraged.
  • Work with an amazing group of people who approach work with professionalism and a sense of humor. Our teams spend a lot of time together, so maintaining a fun but businesslike workplace culture is vital.
  • Flights and hotel accommodations are paid for by the company; per diem meal expenses are paid at the highest rate according to federal guidelines and can potentially equate to an additional $17,000 per year after taxes.
