Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Local Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted. This position requires eligibility to work in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport doors and windows to designated locations within the Dallas area
- Load and unload products onto delivery truck, ensuring items are securely strapped and protected from damage during transit.
- Follow all traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safe operation
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving single axle, class 6 box trucks in urban areas as well as 16' open-air utility trailers
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted
- Dependable and punctual with excellent time management skills
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
