Impact Logistics LLC is a delivery service partner contracted to deliver Amazon packages out of the Broomfield location. Our teams culture is unlike any other company. We are hiring immediately for part time positions.

- Paid Training: We provide paid training at $22 per hour. We will give you the tools you need to succeed. No experience necessary.
- 401 (k) Retirement Plan with Vested Matching: Impact Logistics LLC matches up to a 3% retirement contribution, vesting after 12 months.
- Paid Time Off: Delivery drivers start accruing paid time off on their very first day. Calculated at .04 hours earned for every hour worked. That accumulates to 2 weeks paid time off every year when working Full Time.
- 3-4 Day Weekends: Our part-time drivers work 2-3 days per week, our full-time drivers work 3-4 days per week. Work weeks can vary based on team needs, with shift options generally ranging from Monday-Tuesday, Thursday-Friday and Saturday-Sunday, Mon/Tues/Thurs/Friday, etc.

- Earlier Start Times: Impact Logistics LLC has a start time of 9:15 am, allowing our drivers to get off the road earlier and back home to their families.
- Arrive to the delivery station at 9:15 am, conduct a pre-trip safety inspection of your company vehicle, attend a daily meeting and get ready to load your van.
- Lift packages into a delivery van at the start of your route, requiring the ability to push, pull, lift and bend with up to 50lbs while organizing between 250-300+ packages per shift.
- Walk approximately 8-12 miles per day, climbing up to 20 flights of stairs per shift, and carrying packages weighing up to 50lbs to 3rd story apartments.
- Working efficiently delivering packages to both residential and commercial addresses throughout the Lakewood, Morrison and Golden areas.
- Driving a high-roof cargo/electric van while using a navigation system to lead you to each stop. Following customer directions, completing deliveries, following all safety guidelines and driving an average of 75-100 miles per day.
- Using a handheld smart device, troubleshooting, problem solving, accurately recording each delivery and completing an average of 200 stops per shift.
- Working outdoors, in all weather conditions and various extremes including both hot and cold temperatures with rain, snow and icy roads.
- Following all on-road laws including maintaining appropriate speed, stopping at all stop signs/red lights, wearing a seat belt, and utilizing all defensive/safe driving habits learned during training.
- Delivery drivers must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid drivers license, be authorized to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Class R Drivers License (Non-Commercial/Standard License).
