DU incorporates the latest content from industry, academia, and government entities, and answers the call by centralizing resources for personnel to upgrade their digital fluency and develop organic technical expertise. DU has revitalized the way our United States Air Force (USAF), United States Space Force (USSF), and Department of Defense (Do D) agencies train their Airmen, Guardians, and OSD personnel by providing integrated training pathways & interactive labs that guide users toward desired end results within a digital paradigm.


Position Description (what you will do)

• Manage Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures from Identification, Validation, Solution, to Resolution.
• Share your expertise in securing the tech stack at any layer.
• Work with various security monitors and rolls to implement secure practices across multiple Cloud environments.
• Mentor and guide junior team members toward project and career success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in analytics to continually improve insights methodologies.

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security.
• Extensive knowledge of Linux OS and related security tools.
• Experience working with Docker containers, networking, and storage.
• Proficiency with AWS CDK AND Terraform for Ia C tools.
• Experience with AWS services like Fargate, EC2, and Lambda.
• Strong understanding of Java Script and Node.js and their secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with scanning tools like Sonar Qube, Anchor, Trivy, and Nova.
• Experience with IDS and SIEM tools.
• Experience implementing CICD pipeline security, automating security testing, and monitoring.

• IAT II or III certifications (Sec+, CISSP, CEH, etc.)
• AWS Certified Security - Specialty
