We’re looking for a Digital Implementation Specialist who thrives in the fast lane of innovation and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. Core Competencies (Skills & Experience):
- Low/No Code Development Expertise: You’re a master of MS Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ready to build digital solutions that optimize workflows and deliver game-changing results.
- Digital Solutions Development: You’ve got a proven track record of identifying and implementing digital solutions simultaneously across multiple platforms—especially in complex, industrial settings like MTAC.
- Collaboration & Partnership: Your teamwork game is on point! You can work across departments, partner with execution teams, and engage frontline personnel to replicate and share digital solutions..
- MS Ecosystem Knowledge: From Share Point and MS Teams to One Note and Lists, you’ve got the Microsoft ecosystem covered, ensuring seamless integration and governance of digital tools.
- Communication Skills: You’re a digital storyteller, able to communicate complex ideas with clarity and inspire others to embrace digital transformation.
- Problem Solving & Agility: You’re quick on your feet, overcoming obstacles with ease and keeping projects on track in fast-paced environments.
- Project Management: Juggling multiple projects at once? No problem. You have the skills to manage competing priorities and deliver results on time, every time.
- Innovation & Change Leadership: You’re a forward-thinker who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, always looking for ways to push boundaries and drive digital innovation.
- Data Modeling & Reporting: Your Power BI skills are second to none, and you know how to transform data into insights that fuel smart, strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities (Things you should do well):
- Digital Work Process Solutions: Partner with teams within MTAC to map out and develop custom low/no-code digital solutions that support site goals and boost efficiency.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Blue Sky team to shape a forward-thinking digital transformation strategy that aligns with MTAC’s objectives.

- Simultaneous Project Delivery: You’ll have the opportunity to drive multiple digital projects at once, all while keeping everything running smoothly and on track.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with end users and stakeholders, ensuring smooth rollouts of digital solutions while addressing roadblocks and facilitating continuous improvement.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly update key stakeholders on project progress, next steps, and outcomes, keeping everyone in the loop and ready for what’s next.
- Drive Digital Change: Be the spark that lights the digital transformation fire—especially for frontline teams. Inspire, engage, and lead the charge for digital innovation at every level.
MUST HAVES:
- 2-5 years of experience in digital implementation or solutions roles, with a focus on industrial settings.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card.
- Must comply with client-required drug testing, including occasional random tests to ensure a safe work environment.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Familiarity with MS Share Point, Teams, and other digital collaboration tools.
- Experience driving digital transformation initiatives in Oil & Gas or similar industries.
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple digital projects simultaneously.
