The EDI Enrollment Analyst I will be responsible for the support of internal EDI enrollment processes, analysis, and resolution of client issues related to payer registration and enrollment. The EDI Enrollment Analyst I will manage payer paperwork enrollment for clients and payer status change processes using internal proprietary applications. The EDI Enrollment Analyst I will also be required to carry out other duties, projects, or activities as specified by their management.

To be qualified for this role, you have:
  • 2 years of work experience with enrollment paperwork, customer service or healthcare billing or prior Availity call center experience
  • Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills (both verbal and written), detail orientated
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office products
  • Customer service experience using telephone and e-mail as primary communication tools
What you will be doing:
  • Basic EDI Enrollment with Payers
  • Administrative work while using critical thinking
  • Submitting EDI Enrollment forms to the payer
  • Monitor and take action on received responses from Payers
  • Call payers to obtain status on enrollments
