This role involves providing comprehensive support to the CEO and executive directors, managing a variety of tasks and projects. The industry you will be working in is diverse and dynamic, and the role requires someone with a high level of organization and detail orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the CEO and executive directors, ensuring smooth operation of the office.
• Managing schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
• Handling all aspects of event planning and coordination, including corporate events.
• Overseeing vendor management, ensuring all orders and services are timely and meet quality standards.
• Managing and ordering office supplies as needed, ensuring office operations run smoothly.
• Handling executive correspondence, ensuring all communications are dealt with professionally and promptly.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for executives, ensuring all travel logistics are handled efficiently.
• Proficiency in Calendar Management
• Ability to handle Correspondence effectively
• Experience in Vendor Management
• Familiarity with Ordering Office Supplies
• Capacity to Book Travel Arrangements
• Skills in coordinating Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Event Planning
• Knowledge in organizing Corporate Events.
