We are in search of an Executive Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is in the real estate and land development industry and will involve providing high-level administrative support, assisting with property acquisitions, and supporting philanthropic activities. This is a contract employment opportunity with the potential for a long-term commitment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules and coordinate meetings to ensure efficient workflow.
• Handle correspondence and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive.
• Assist with real estate transactions, including coordinating property acquisitions and managing project timelines.
• Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents related to stock market trading activities.
• Support the executive's philanthropic endeavors by organizing events and managing communications with non-profit organizations.
• Plan and coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodations.
• Conduct research as needed and prepare reports or presentations for meetings, as well as dictation
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the executive's professional and philanthropic activities.
• Track stock market trends and organize relevant research materials.
• Assist in managing vendor communications related to real estate and land development projects
• Demonstrated experience in calendar management including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to facilitate conference calls, including coordinating call times, managing technical aspects, and ensuring all participants are able to connect.
• Must be skilled in managing business correspondence, including drafting letters, emails, and reports.
• Proficiency in dictation is necessary for accurately recording verbal communication and transcribing it into written format.
