The Executive Assistant will be a vital support member to TMG’s Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be organized, have a “no task is too large mentality” and is utmost reliable.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Leadership Team (up to 6 people) including: booking travel accommodations, expense support, research, reporting and building presentations.
• Professional errands as required.
• Special TMG projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Suite working knowledge and willingness to continue to improve.
• Experience working in a FAST-PACED environment.
• Ability to work with owners and founders.
