AMANO is vibrant, upscale Mexican restaurant that is located in historic downtown Caldwell near the Sunnyslope wine trail, Indian Creek Plaza, and Train Depot.
We are committed to providing the highest quality of service and are dedicated to uplifting the food and beverages of the Mexican Diaspora through ancestral cooking methods that have earned Chef Salvador Alamilla two consecutive James Beard Nominations for Best Chef in the Mountain West Region. AMANO was also most recently listed on NYT’s restaurant list of “50 places in the United States we’re most excited about.”
We are looking for fine dining servers to guide our guests through these unique memorable experiences. They will focus on the technicalities of each step of service and the entire customer experience. We want our staff from hosts to management to create a kind of magic in the room, a feel-good atmosphere for our guests.
At AMANO, we also have an extensive training program to assure our servers are ready for the experiences they create for our guests and are confident in their roles to do so.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 29 per week
