About Us: Happy Distro is a fast-paced, dynamic wholesale atomization platform based in the United States. Currently, we are looking for a Flavor Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of new and exciting flavors for our electronic cigarette products. Job Description: Flavor Specialist will be responsible for developing new flavors for our electronic cigarette products, providing feedback on existing flavors, and ensuring the successful development of new flavors through effective communication with relevant personnel. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and create new flavors for electronic cigarette products. 2. Provide recommendations and adjustments for existing product flavors. 3. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure successful product development. 4. Communicate abstract taste and sensory experiences clearly and effectively. 5. Distinguish and describe flavor differences through various sensory methods, including tasting, smelling, and other sensory evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Experience in flavor development for fragrances, flavorings, cosmetics, or products with significant market presence such as beverages and foods. 3. Deep experience as an electronic cigarette user or consumer of nicotine products. 4. Strong verbal communication skills, capable of articulating abstract tastes and sensory experiences. 5. Excellent flavor discrimination abilities, capable of identifying and distinguishing product flavor differences through various sensory methods. 6. Fluent in both Chinese and English. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Deep understanding of American local flavors, including an appreciation for popular dairy products, pickled items, and other common tastes. 2. Experience in both Chinese and Western cuisine preparation, with a keen sense of taste. 3. Proven track record of successful product development with positive market feedback. 4. Fluency in both English and Chinese. Job Type: Full-time Compensation and Benefits: ●The base salary is $4,000/month and quarterly bonus opportunities after passing 3 ●months of probation period. ●Health, dental, and vision insurance after passing 3 months of probation period. ●401(k) retirement plan after passing 6 months of probation period. ●Paid holidays, paid sick days, paid vacation days.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

  • Richardson, TX 75080: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
