Overview:

Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is currently seeking a Fleet Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our fleet managers are responsible to monitor all driver compliance and report non-compliance, maintain fleet databases and ensure fleet availability for production.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

Receive and organize transportation of all new vehicles and ensure final fit and finish of any upfitting and decaling
Ensure proper licensing credentials have been received and arrange for Lytx telematics installation before vehicles are assigned and in-serviced
Maintain/update Lytx telematics account with internal operations to ensure cameras are linked and assigned to drivers correctly for telematics tracking purposes
Manage WEX fuel cards and driver PINs to ensure the correct distribution and usage of all cards
Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with OEM directed preventative maintenance guidelines
Organize and manage all vehicle and heavy equipment repairs with third party vendors
Track & maintain DOT inspections & DOT compliance
Timely completion of all recalls
Ensure all vehicle accidents are reported accurately and vehicle repairs are completed in accordance with company guidance
Provide supporting documentation as needed to insurance provider and fleet management company
Ensure all vehicle registrations are renewed on time
Participate in annual vehicle replacement planning with Wrench Group fleet team
Organize transportation and decommission of any retired vehicles annually
Work with internal operations to ensure vehicles are always up to date and are assigned and transferred to correct drivers and departments as needed for inventory tracking purposes

Qualifications:

Do I Have What It Takes?

3-5 years experience in managing commercial fleet
Prior fleet experience in an organization that utilized a fleet management company such as Holman, Wheels, Element, Enterprise, etc. or prior experience working directly for a fleet management company
Ability to navigate fleet management customer portals to find data and compile reports
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks
High attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to analyze large sets of date and make informed decisions
Travel between multiple locations as needed
