• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for forecasting full financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).
• Collaborate with business units to gather input for building and updating forecasts and budgets.

• Lead the preparation of our monthly Operating Model Reporting Package for our investors, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Build and refine financial models that forecast revenue, expenses, and key financial metrics.
• Develop scenario analysis to evaluate the potential financial impact of business decisions and changes in market conditions.
• Perform sensitivity analysis to assess risk and impact of various financial assumptions.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from financial data, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Participate in special projects, such as M&A activities or organizational restructurings, with a focus on ensuring smooth intercompany and consolidation processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of intercompany transactions between multiple entities, including billing, cost allocations, transfers, and settlements.
• Maintain intercompany agreements, including pricing, cost-sharing models, and reconciliation of intercompany balances.
• Monitor and enforce policies for intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and transfer pricing guidelines.
• Resolve intercompany discrepancies and disputes by working with other members of the accounting and finance team.

• Lead the consolidation of financial statements from various entities, ensuring consistency and accuracy in line with US GAAP or other applicable accounting standards.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments to ensure accurate consolidated financial results.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external reporting.
• Provide variance analysis on consolidated financial results, identifying key drivers and communicating insights to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related roles, with a focus on intercompany transactions and entity consolidation in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial consolidation processes.
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems (such as Net Suite) and/or financial consolidation software.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent understanding of transfer pricing and intercompany agreements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the business.
