Job Description
A busy family is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and proactive full-time nanny to join their household. This role involves providing exceptional, attentive care for their 2 children from morning wake-up to bedtime, ensuring a stable and enriching environment for growth and development. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the family, taking a leading role in the children’s routine, driving them to various activities and outings, and fostering a positive environment that supports their emotional, social, and educational milestones. This role includes travel with the family, and a vehicle will be provided for all nanny-related duties.
Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated care for the children from wake-up to bedtime, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness throughout the day.
Create and maintain a structured routine, focusing on developmental milestones, educational activities, and enrichment.
Drive the children to and from activities, outings, and appointments using the family-provided vehicle.
Implement and reinforce positive behavior practices, praise good behavior, and set clear, respectful boundaries with the children.
Support the children’s emotional needs, helping them feel safe, seen, soothed, and supported.
Help around the house (family laundry, tidy and organization, run errands, etc.)
Travel with the family around Florida (Orlando, west coast, etc.)

Pay Rate
$25-30hr negotiable
Children
6 year old and a 1 year old

1 large dog
Schedule

Monday-Friday
7am-4pm
40-45 hours per week

Kensington Nanny Agency Requirements

Must have 3 or more years of recent, verifiable professional private home experience
Understanding of professional boundaries, modesty and dressing appropriately
Must be at least 21 years of age
Have a reliable car
Excellent driving record
Be drug-free
Able to swim
Have a stable work history
Speak excellent English – must read & write
Be authorized to work in the United States
Have no criminal record
Be CPR & First Aid Certified (prior to beginning work in the home)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
