Job Description
A busy family is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and proactive full-time nanny to join their household. This role involves providing exceptional, attentive care for their 2 children from morning wake-up to bedtime, ensuring a stable and enriching environment for growth and development. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the family, taking a leading role in the children’s routine, driving them to various activities and outings, and fostering a positive environment that supports their emotional, social, and educational milestones. This role includes travel with the family, and a vehicle will be provided for all nanny-related duties.
Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated care for the children from wake-up to bedtime, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness throughout the day.
• Create and maintain a structured routine, focusing on developmental milestones, educational activities, and enrichment.
• Drive the children to and from activities, outings, and appointments using the family-provided vehicle.
• Implement and reinforce positive behavior practices, praise good behavior, and set clear, respectful boundaries with the children.
• Support the children’s emotional needs, helping them feel safe, seen, soothed, and supported.
• Help around the house (family laundry, tidy and organization, run errands, etc.)
• Travel with the family around Florida (Orlando, west coast, etc.)

$25-30hr negotiable

• Monday-Friday
• 7am-4pm

Kensington Nanny Agency Requirements

• Must have 3 or more years of recent, verifiable professional private home experience
• Understanding of professional boundaries, modesty and dressing appropriately
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Have a reliable car
• Excellent driving record
• Be drug-free
• Able to swim
• Have a stable work history
• Speak excellent English – must read & write
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Have no criminal record
• Be CPR & First Aid Certified (prior to beginning work in the home)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
