Quadna Mountain Townhouse Association is located in Hill City, MN, adjacent to Hill Lake. The association consists of 11 buildings, 2 outdoor pools, tennis court, recreation area and community building. We are looking for candidate to maintain this 93 unit complex. Candidate must pass background check and have valid driver’s license. Optimal candidate will be able to operate a wide range of equipment. Required to work indoors, and outdoors and professionally interact with owners to resolve problems. Starting pay to be determined by prior experience.
Job Description:
The Head of Maintenance is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the entire property, and the development, execution and follow-though of the owner and/or boards requests.
One must be flexible to work hours to ensure the smooth operation of the maintenance department.
This position requires the ability to give directions and communicate with the board of directors when evaluating problems and situations in order to expedite the resolution.
Ensure all required repairs and maintenance performed on all pool and dock equipment, as well as any other assets, as scheduled or requested by home owners and the board of directors. Such duties could consist of HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, and furniture replacement and/or repair etc.
Job Requirements:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Thorough knowledge and understanding of general repairs and maintenance
Working knowledge of:
