Duties

• Counsel individuals to help them develop and achieve their education objectives including credentialing/licensure, a valid military career goal and subsequent civilian occupation.
• Gather information about the individual during the initial counseling session and recommends testing, e.g., achievement, interest, or career interest, aptitude tests, as appropriate.
• Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure individuals are working toward their established career goals as initially developed or if a modification is needed.
• Serve as an Alternate Test Control Officer and administer tests as needed.
