Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties in York, PA
- Efficiently handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs promptly
- Respond quickly to service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Keep detailed and accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulations for a safe working environment
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional client service
- To be considered for this Handyman position in York, PA, US, you must hold valid authorization to work in the United States
- Previous experience working in construction is a mandatory requirement for this role
- Prior experience in maintenance is a prerequisite for applicants
- Essential knowledge of home maintenance is needed to excel in this position
- Proficiency in various handyman tasks and repairs, coupled with excellent communication skills, is a key qualification
