We’re hiring a detail-oriented accountant to join our expanding real estate team! You’ll reconcile accounts, keep track of accounts payable and receivable, and organize all our financial records. Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed reconciliations for each account to ensure every transaction is accounted for
• Review accounts payable and receivable everyday to make sure invoices and expense reports are accurate
• Ready our books for monthly and quarterly reports
• Communicate with all vendors, partners, and staff regarding payments and financial records to ensure bills are paid promptly
• Input records into the computer to make sure financial data is filed accurately

Qualifications:

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Quickbooks or similar accounting software
• Familiar with GAAP
• Proficient in property management software, such as Yardi
• A background in accounting or finance is valuable, but not required
• Able to write to and speak with vendors and clients effectively

• Accounting experience is required.
