Position Overview:
Now we are looking for the newest member of the Wilderness Medical Staffing team! The Staffing Associate’s mission is to amplify the Staffing department's ability to efficiently fill jobs, provide small-town service, and build relationships. The Staffing Associate does this through the ownership of key procedural tasks within the department, as well as acting as an additional point of contact for clients and providers, enhancing communication and relationships.
Responsibilities:

• Own key procedural tasks within the Staffing department, amplifying the department's ability to efficiently fill jobs, provide small-town service, and build relationships
• Contribute to the strategic plan for our Staffing department
• Work cohesively with all of WMS’s departments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

• Experience in the healthcare field required
• Track record of success in previous positions
• Excellent computer skills and experience including Microsoft Office

Remote (Work-from-Home) Requirements:

• Must be able to work and keep normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM PDT or MST).
• Dedicated work-from-home space (quiet, private) free of other competing responsibilities at home during work hours.
• Must have high-speed internet for video calls and daily job requirements.
• This is a remote position. You must be a self-starter who is disciplined and able to manage a busy schedule without direct, in-person supervision.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $23-$25 an hour DOE
• Additional Compensation: Quarterly profit sharing
• Benefits: Package that includes health insurance, a great PTO plan, a retirement plan with a 4% match, a paid day off for your birthday, and annual in-person retreats
• Hours: 40 hours per week
