Position Overview
We are looking for an HVAC Helper to join our team in the Raleigh, NC area. In this role, you will assist in picking up and delivering materials to job sites and providing on-site support to our HVAC technicians. This is a full-time position with growth potential—ideal for energetic, motivated individuals, including students looking to start their careers in HVAC. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available after 30 days of full-time employment.
Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new construction projects.
• Provide support in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems under supervision.
• Help with material handling and deliveries to job sites.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements

• Previous construction experience is a plus; HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to climb, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reside within 30 miles of the Raleigh, NC area.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
