The Phoenix, Arizona location is looking to fill the role of Processing Technician in their manufacturing facility. The Processing Technician position is part of the Production team and is responsible for all aspects of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and record keeping of all injection molding machines and related equipment.
The Phoenix site is one of the manufacturing sites for IPL’s Large Format and Retail Packaging (LF&R) business in the United States. LF&R is a growing segment, with annual revenue of approximately $200m and significant growth potential, and is part of the Environmental, Returnable and Industrial Solutions (ERIS) Division of IPL.
Position Title: Processing Technician - Night Shift
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Hours: 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. on a 12-hour rotating schedule.
What you will bring to the role:
We are looking for a candidate that will bring positivity, experience, problem solving skills, and the ability to embrace change enthusiastically. Experience working in a fast pace, high change environment with limited supervision: Strong attention to detail and must be able to work under time pressure and prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will:

• Analytical skills
• Basic electrical and hydraulics skills
• Electrical controls troubleshooting
• Programming and troubleshooting programmable Logic Controllers
• Advanced knowledge of machine, conveyor, and robotic operations
• Working knowledge and skills with hand and power tools and basics of injection molding

• Materials knowledge (plastics, metals, etc.)
• Husky Injection Molding Machine knowledge a plus
