Sky Blue.com represents The General Insurance as well as other top brands such as Progressive Insurance, Nationwide Insurance, etc. Our busy office is located by the Long Beach Airport in Lakewood, CA where we receive thousands of calls per day looking for auto and home insurance from all 50 states across the United States.
We will be adding 2 new agents to our auto insurance sale team and one new agent in our property department to work in our 12,000 square foot office in Lakewood, CA.
The right candidates will
1. You have had previous success with inside sales. Be teachable and coachable while selling something that everyone needs by law - Insurance
2. Have a clean criminal background. Background checks are the first thing we run on potential candidates. We cannot move forward unless you have a clean record.
3. Be proficient on a computer -- you will be working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to quickly navigate between several websites -- again quickly. A basic typing and internet proficiency exam is conducted at the in-office interview.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills. You must sound good on the phone. All sales are conducted over the phone. We are looking for candidates that sound Friendly and Professional.
5. Proven record of successful inside sales in any other field (other than insurance). We want to teach insurance but we are not interested in teaching basic sales and communication skills. 2 years minimum inside sales experience required.
6. Honest, positive, energetic & teachable attitude.
7. Have a valid producer insurance license in California.
Bilingual in Spanish is always a big plus (not required)

Highest pay structure in the auto insurance industry. Weekly Payroll.
Experienced agents earn $85,000 on the low end and $165,000 on the high end.
This is an incredible opportunity for the right prospects. To be considered for this program, you must be LICENSED and also meet ALL of the requirements listed here. The initial phone interviews will start this week.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $12,500.00 per month
