This position is in a hybrid setting Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm and will report to the Systems Administrator. This role will report to our Grandville office.


Mentavi Health is actively seeking a highly-motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our organization as IT Support Specialist. This role is responsible for supporting our internal employees with day-to-day technical support, as well as helping to build and maintain our company’s technical infrastructure. Support Specialist is responsible for deploying and supporting end-user technology and software. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and support to end-users and managing the flow, resolution, or possible escalation of service desk requests.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first level support to internal staff and healthcare providers. Including troubleshooting, software issue investigation, hardware support, and general inquiries
• Manage saas account creation and access for staff

• Handle CRM issues that arise, and document and report related issues to the development team

• Onboard new employees with required hardware and software

• Work to implement additional IT projects as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree in IT or other related field, preferred but not required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tech related field (Information Technically, Development, etc)

• Experience with Google Workspace
• Experience with the Apple Mac OS, Apple Business Manager and Mobile Device Management (MDM)

Desired Skills/Abilities:

• Administration of SAAS platforms and other software licensing systems
• Operating within ITSM ticketing systems
• Email Administration
• Hardware Management
• Zsh or Apple Script
• Ability to prioritize tasks and pursue resolutions using personal discretion regarding approval or escalation.
• Ability to navigate team dynamics and collaborate within a multi-team environment
