Position Overview: As a Lab Analyst, you’ll work closely with our Lab Director to perform sample preparation and basic testing. Training will be provided.
Essential Job Duties:

• Prepare and analyze samples from cultivators, processors, and dispensaries.
• Adhere to quality control and assurance procedures in compliance with ISO regulations.
• Maintain a positive and safe work environment, following OSHA safety regulations and best practices for handling biological and chemical hazards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Background in Chemistry, Environmental Science & Engineering, or other STEM-related fields.
• Strong listening and communication skills, self-motivated, with excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented.

Special Requirements:

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of lab and client data.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and work with hands.
• Ability to see and hear to complete job functions.

Conditions of Employment:

• Position contingent upon a favorable background check.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Pay rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
