Meal Prep, Assembly, & Line Cook: FULL or PART TIME (18-40 Hours)
COMPENSATION: In addition to the listed hourly rate, our team will also receive a weekly cash tip-out. For example, if your base hourly rate is $17 and the weekly tip-out averages at $3, then your total weekly compensation would be $20/hour.
REQUIREMENTS: Restaurant Food Handling, Meal Prep, and Line Experience (Required)
OVERVIEW: The Meal Prep, Assembler, and Line Cook role is responsible for prepping and assembling our amazing meal plans entrees and grab-n-go dinners, while being fully capable of running our flat-top grill (NO FRYER) for all our Cafe Menu Items. Clean Eatz is known for its weekly meal plan menu and the ideal candidate will also be a critical member of the Meal Plan team and will be an open-minded, hard-working individual, interested in growing with a strong-valued local company. JOB DUTIES:
Learning and building Franchise recipes, menu items, grab and go meals, and presentation standards.
Helping prepare caterings, large orders and meal plans in between peak hours.
Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Meal Prep will tasks also includes dishes, grill and line cleaning, sweeping and moping of kitchen area, cleaning appliances, maintaining workstation and kitchen equipment, etc.
Adhering to all sanitation and food production codes while following health and safety guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience running a flat-top (NO FRYER), preparing wraps, bowls, burgers, etc.
Knowledge of food service policies/procedures for FL state health laws (Serv Safe Certification Preferred).
Strong attention to detail; quick learner & team player
Ability to listen and communicate effectively in a team environment
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to regularly move boxes, weighing up to 55 pounds, throughout the store.
Must be able to constantly position self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
Must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens (almonds, cashews, dairy, etc).
Must be able to be on your feet for up to 6 hours.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and weekends. (Store Hours are 11am-7pm M-F & 11am-3pm S-S.)
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation & a smart cellphone that can have apps for scheduling communication.
