Schedule: Live-In Sun 2 PM-Thurs 2 PM

Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?

• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Engagement
• Bathing/dressing
• Standby assistance
• Toileting
• Medication Reminders

Notes: Client is alert and oriented. Needs hands on assistance for mobility/transfers. Help getting in/out of shower and dressing.
Requirements: What is required from you?

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
• Must be reliable
