Your Mission:
- Keep It Fresh: Tackle all repairs and upkeep for our buildings and facilities so theyre always looking their best.
- Landscaping Legend: Mow, trim, rake, and keep our gardens gorgeous for that perfect marina vibe.
- Fixer-Upper Fun: Handle maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and troubleshoot equipment like a pro.
- Outdoor Gear Guru: Make sure our mowers, landscaping tools, and small engines are running smoothly.
- Keep It Clean: Regularly clear debris and maintain tidy, inviting grounds for our guests.
- Safety Savvy: Ensure everythings up to code and our safety standards are on point.
- All-in-One Handyperson: No job too big, no job too smallif it needs doing, youre on it!
- Handy with skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Experience with landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
- You can fix almost anything and have a knack for equipment and engine repair.
- Sharp eye for detail and love a good problem to solve.
- Self-motivated and can work solo, but youre a team player when it counts.
