Marina Guest Service Associate / Dockhand

About the Role: Are you passionate about the water, love the outdoors, and enjoy helping people? Join us at Oasis Marinas as a Marina Service Associate! Were looking for someone with a friendly, can-do attitude who can bring top-notch service to boaters at our stunning marina. In this role, you'll make boaters feel welcome, assist them as they dock, help troubleshoot, and share info on all the best local hotspots! Whether you're helping a seasoned sailor or a first-time visitor, youll make their marina experience smooth, safe, and enjoyable.
Your Responsibilities:

Roll Out the Red Carpet: Be the first to welcome boaters with a warm smile and a helping hand, guiding them to their slip and assisting with docking.
Safety First: Tie lines, hook up electric pedestals, and ensure all boaters are safely secured and powered up.
Local Expert: Share info on marina amenities and point out the areas top attractions.
On the Go: Deliver messages, assist with directions, troubleshoot minor issues, and make sure boaters are well taken care of.
Team Player: Keep dock areas clean and safe, report any incidents to management, and follow safety protocols to keep our marina a secure haven.

About You:

Youve got a high school diploma or GED.
Knowledge of boating terms is a plus (but we can teach you!).
Customer service makes you tickyou love helping people and creating a memorable experience.
Youre comfortable outdoors and on your feet.
