Coordinate and prioritize orders to ensure ingredients and finished food are available to meet customer needs
Duties include but are not limited to:

Coordinates workload allocation between material handlers, drivers and the dock.
Perform stock inventory counts to initiate Kanban orders, creating IOS's based on stock levels
Monitor ingredient shelf life and facilitate old age disposition.
Generates shipping and receiving reports.
Process financial receipts in SAP system in a timely manner.
Involved communications with material specialists and developers, root cause analysis and reporting out of results
Tracks material requests and follows up with unresolved issues with supervisor.
Assist others in the performance of their assigned duties when necessary.
Any inbound or outbound ingredient issues
Coordinate shipments to Food Bank, Covance, Quixerve

Work Environment:

Requires desk time and work with computers, phone and other office equipment
Confidential company environment
Ability to walk up to 800 ft. on a regular basis, lift 50 lbs. regularly and 80 lbs. occasionally, stand 8 hours a day

Preferred experience include:

Material handling certification required
Self-starter
High school diploma or GED
Strong oral and written communication skills with basic math
One year in warehouse operations
