Coordinate and prioritize orders to ensure ingredients and finished food are available to meet customer needs
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Coordinates workload allocation between material handlers, drivers and the dock.
• Perform stock inventory counts to initiate Kanban orders, creating IOS's based on stock levels
• Monitor ingredient shelf life and facilitate old age disposition.
• Generates shipping and receiving reports.
• Process financial receipts in SAP system in a timely manner.
• Involved communications with material specialists and developers, root cause analysis and reporting out of results
• Tracks material requests and follows up with unresolved issues with supervisor.
• Assist others in the performance of their assigned duties when necessary.
• Any inbound or outbound ingredient issues
• Coordinate shipments to Food Bank, Covance, Quixerve

Work Environment:

• Requires desk time and work with computers, phone and other office equipment
• Confidential company environment
• Ability to walk up to 800 ft. on a regular basis, lift 50 lbs. regularly and 80 lbs. occasionally, stand 8 hours a day

Preferred experience include:

• Material handling certification required
• Self-starter
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong oral and written communication skills with basic math
• One year in warehouse operations
