G2 Secure Staff
National Training Director

The National Director of Training is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring all aspects of the long-term training strategy for an airline service provider operating in airport locations across the country. The Director will ensure training curricula are compliant with client, regulatory and internal G2 requirements and are supported by appropriate levels of corporate and field resources. This position will work closely with clients, other external business partners, and internal G2 customers to proactively address all aspects of instruction and achieve continuous improvement to create a world class service environment. The qualified candidate will have experience in an airport/airline environment or related industry.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Define, manage, and implement the long-term strategic training roadmap for G2 Secure Staff towards developing, implementing and maintaining a world class training culture.
- Oversee team that performs analysis for training, development and implementation of training policies and procedures for airline and regulatory standards.
- Oversight of the stations Safety Management System (SMS)
- Develop and communicate the station safety plan
- Responsible for Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) related to station operational performance
- Provide guidance and training-related technical support in development/administration of training programs.
- Review audit reports, compliance trends and other forms of customer and passenger feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and topics for training curriculum.
- Develop continuous training improvements to increase efficiency, compliance and service levels.
- Anticipate future training needs and identify proactive solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures; participate in the achievement of company objectives.
- Incorporate new technology as appropriate to improve training efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communication or 10+ years of experience related progressive advancement positions with airline related industry experience in lieu of degree. At least 5 years leading a team in a managerial capacity.
- Career concentration in training and development (airline preferred).
- Proficient with both inter-company and client-side communications.
- Ten (10) years of progressive advancement work experience in a training leadership role, including several years of work in aviation or airport environment and/or other similar work environments and industries required.
- Proven record of continuous improvement with accomplishments to support success.
- Thorough understanding of and ability to enforce federal, state, local regulations and company policies.
- Extensive knowledge of applicable safety regulations, familiar with FAA/TSA regulations for training purposes.
- Experience reviewing plans and evaluating bid proposals and future work with project managers to ensure compliance with customer safety requirements.
- Knowledge of FAA, TSA and other airline related standards.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience presenting professional communications to executive leadership and/or to external customers.
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization abilities, managing multiple projects.
- Ability to plan and execute effective strategies to effect measurable business growth.
- Ability to evolve with a rapidly changing environment.
- Advance level of Office 365 as well as Visio, Delve and Viva
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergency issues 24 / 7 / 365 days a year.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Submit to a pre-employment drug test mandated by G2.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
