We are seeking to hire an experienced Clerical Assistant for a position in our Licensing Department at our Forest Hill, Maryland corporate headquarters. The primary responsibilities of the Clerical Assistant will involve handling and processing daily paperwork that comes through the licensing department. This full-time employment opportunity in scenic Harford County offers you experience that will advance your career, knowledge growth, and professional development.
General Responsibilities:
- Monitor licensing, registration and state certifications for required compliance and coverage.
- Request and process applications for licensing, registration and state certification.
- Schedule exams and distribute training materials.
- Prepare and process renewal of licensing, registration and state certifications.
- Prepare and distribute quarterly management certification requirements.
- Submit training outlines to states for recertification credits.
- Track employee training, attendance for required recertification credits.
- Possess the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines and stay on schedule daily.
- Exert excellent communication skills in order to communicate with co-workers, customers, and others in the course of doing business.
- Willing and able to diagnose or recognize issues and recommend as well as take corrective measures as needed.
