Signature Retail Services is hiring a Full-Time Overnight Reset Merchandiser. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00- $23.00 per hour, depending on experience. No experience? No problem. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training!

As an Overnight Reset Merchandiser, you'll have the opportunity to travel throughout your state and neighboring states to major Home Improvement retail locations such as Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ace Hardware to complete various projects based on the needs of our client. Travel availability is required, as project timelines can vary, typically ranging from 2 to 6 weeks in duration, depending on business needs. Your role will include remodeling and resetting stores while following planograms, blueprints, and schematics to transform retail spaces into captivating showcases! You will have the opportunity to stock products, apply price labels, set up displays, and install and/or dismantle fixtures and shelving units. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in diverse environments!

Minimum Requirements:

• 21 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Proof of a valid driver's license and valid personal auto insurance.
• Ability to travel independently to project locations using a personal vehicle, without assistance from others.
• Must be willing to travel to retail locations within the listed State and nearby Regional States based on project needs, including potential overnight stays and/or travel by airplane.
  
• Ability to work a varying full-time schedule, including overnight or day shifts based on project needs. Many of our projects require overnight availability.
  
• Must be capable of physically walking, standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and safely utilizing rolling staircase ladders; as well as lifting, pulling, and pushing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  
• Proficient experience in using hand tools and power tools.
  
• Strong attention to detail and capability to work both independently and in a team.
  
• Access to a smartphone with internet access, phone, text, and email capabilities.
  
• Meet all pre-employment and post-employment screening requirements such as a background check and motor vehicle record check.
  
• Must have basic hand tools and power tools.
  

Travel Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to various client locations as projects demand, which may require overnight stays and may require travel by airplane.
  
• Must be comfortable sharing a hotel room and rental car with a colleague during travel.
