Plant Administrative Assistant
Pacific

Responsibilities:
Reporting
· Gathers data, inputs into spreadsheet, formats, and produces reports ( Downtime, ZPSR, RPM, and other reports as needed.)
Office support
· Creates a variety of correspondence- prepares for visitors/meetings, gathers needed information, etc.
· Handles routine office administration issues: phone coverage, orders/tracks supplies, SAP processing, and mail services.
· Provides supporting data entry of invoicing, maintenance supply orders, and vending services.
· Maintains / Orders- Production supplies ( tape, glue, staples, etc.)
· Assist scheduling in inventory ordering.
· Inventory reconciliation / Year end fiscal inventory.
· P-card spending tracking.
· Other task as assigned by management.
Plant communication
· Greets customers, updates “welcome: board with guest names. Develops a variety of plant postings and distributes company communications, reports and notices as deemed necessary.
Special Events / Plant Notices/office administration
· Assist Human Resource & Safety Manager in the coordination special events (i.e. incentive lunches, holiday lunches, flu shots, etc.). Responsible for posting plant notices of company information (DAP and RPM), personnel/safety issues, federal and state compliance notices, birthdays & anniversaries etc.
· Signage for company event / plant events.
· Conduct Safety Orientation in absence of Safety Manager.
· Coordinate tracking of monthly safety training activities.
· Maintains site phone directory and communication changes to corporate.
Qualifications
· High School diploma or GED equivalent
· Computer training and office management
· 2-4 years of experience
· Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point; ability to type; ability to build rapport among wide range of personalities and associate skill level; excellent problem-solving abilities; creativity.
