Description & Requirements
Infor’s Point of Sale Product Support Analyst offers technical support to assist customers via chat, phone, or ticketing system. This role focuses on answering questions or troubleshooting issues with our cloud-based point of sale software and hardware within established service level agreements.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Respond to and work new and existing cases from customers from the Customer Care team, Concierge/Service Now ticket portal, or Team Support chat within SLAs to meet or exceed monthly team and individual KPI goals.
- Deliberate and escalate more technical issues to our Technical Support Team for development review.
- Ensure a positive customer experience. Attend daily stand-up and/or other meetings as requested.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Point of Sale, restaurant, or hospitality work environments.
- Experience on Point Of Sale Systems (POS).
- Experience in Microsoft applications (word, ppt, excel).
- Experience with PC troubleshooting to include Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 7/10/11).
- Knowledge of peripherals devices including receipt printers, barcode scanners, credit card terminals.
- Experience working in a customer service environment.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required based on business need. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certifications in networking, SQL, or operating systems. Previous experience using a CRM to log and work incidents such as: Salesforce, Zendesk or Service Now is a plus.
