Position Description :

Join Serco as a Callouts/Technical Procedures Technician - Production Control Clerk (Junior). You will be on a team that is evaluating and managing the delivery of new amphibious ships and landing craft to the fleet. Serco is part of a team led by a Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager having decades of experience working in the Do D and Shipbuilding Industry.

This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a Do D Secret level clearance post-employment.

Our Naval Acquisition and Sustainment Operation, which is part of Serco's Maritime Engineering, Technology and Sustainment (METS) business, provides critical services to nearly all U.S. Navy amphibious ships and craft. You will work closely with Government and industry professionals, shipbuilders, and other support personnel. In this role, you will:

Provide administrative support including test call out tracking and test documentation tracking.
Track and monitor hardware, services, or system completion progress through delivery and Government acceptance.
Support customers in the analysis and improvement of ship construction and repair process policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

High School Diploma or GED plus 0-2 years of relevant experience in administrative or technical support. Work experience may be adjusted based on education, or highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data.
Must be able to obtain an active Do D Secret clearance post-employment.
United States (U.S.) citizenship.
10% travel required
