The Brewmaster Program is seeking an energetic Program Manager to oversee a dynamic and growing Facilities, Procurement, and Logistics Teams. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring alignment of program resources, monitoring of program procurement priorities, and ensuring domestic Facility priorities are scheduled and completed. The incumbent must possess good organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and an ability to resolve issues at all levels. An ability to professional interact with multiple customers and/or customer representatives is a must and translate their requirements into actionable tasks for program personnel.

Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Poly

Required Skills:

• Must possess 10 years of management experience
  
• 12 years of experience
  
• Experience successfully managing dynamic teams, meeting requirements, and consistently delivering.
  
• Will be responsible for communicating requirement that are received accurately and effectively to the team.
  
• Proven record of building customer relationships and rapport
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Proven leadership & management experience within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  
• Skilled in MS Office suite tools
  

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Power BI software
  
• Ability to utilize MS Excel Pivot tables
  
• Prior experience as PM, COR, or COTR in an IC endeavor
  
• PMP certification
  

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field.

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
