Program Services Assembly Technician

Job Summary:
Our chemical manufacturing facility in Valparaiso, IN is seeking experienced production operators to become a member of our team and assist in leading our company to success. The successful candidate will be responsible for warehouse production needs, including inventory control, disassembly and reassembly of canister containers, wet and dry canister cleaning, emptying and refilling canisters of material, quality assurance checks, skilled work, and maintaining consistent work area cleaning detail. The Assembly Technician must be able to work in the United States and have a valid driver’s license.
Job Responsibilities:
The Assembly Technician will carry out tasks as requested by management to promote completion of the servicing of the canisters.
Job Duties:

Execute work instructions received from supervisor in a safe and timely manner.
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area and facility.
Record the material amounts received, processed or shipped using a tablet or phone.
Drive industrial vehicles (forklift) to transfer materials throughout the facility.
Manage housekeeping activities when requested.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all processing to assist with inventory controls.
