Property Manager

Twin Falls

We are looking for an experienced Full Time Property Manager Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This position is available at our Saratoga Apartments in Twin Falls; a multifamily property with 112 units.
On Point Property Management is a full-service property management company specializing in multi-family dwellings with properties spanning the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley areas. Our goal is to provide superb service to our tenants, owners, and vendors. Responsibilities include:
  • Providing a high quality of service to residents and owners with efficient operation.
  • Interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
  • Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants
  • Responsible for assisting with coordinating all activities related to apartment tours, rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals
  • Processing applications, conducting credit checks, and preparing/executing lease agreements
  • Maintaining up-to-date resident files
  • Preparing and delivering notices to residents
  • Advocating collection of rent and other income and remotely depositing
  • Effectively marketing properties
  • Coding of incoming invoices & receipts
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
  • Following and enforcing all fair housing, local landlord tenant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Property Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass background check & illicit drug screening

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
