Join us for this incredible opportunity to be apart of our short term rental team, as the Assistant Property Manager Professional/Housekeeper
We are searching for a full-time Assistant property manager & housekeeper to help us manage day to day operations of short term rental/vacation home rentals and cleanings. Our properties are cleaner than the competition and we focus on running a business that emphasizes accountability, consistency and precision.

Essential Job Functions & Experience:

Housekeeping, cleaning, maid service. This will entail organizing, managing other cleaners, and inspecting properties. Will be responsible for cleaning properties also.
Inspecting each vacation rental property for maintenance and housekeeping needs.
Maintain and review supplies, payroll, records
Coordinate with housekeeping
Communicate through vacation rental sites with guests, oversee reservations, keep records, and order supplies.
Vacation management, personal assistant, or property management preferred.

Job Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
Professional in appearance and demeanor
Must always ensure teamwork environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A reliable vehicle & valid DL.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $28,000.00 - $35,360.00 per year
